Some may say it’s summertime, but Disney World would say we’re officially halfway to the holidays.

Thanks Disney, now we can’t stop thinking about special holiday treats, Christmas music on Main Street U.S.A., the big trees at each of the four parks, all the Christmas lights and decorations. But it’s the middle of summer right now! Why are we thinking about all this? Well, because Disney as revealed when the holidays are coming to Disney World.

It’s official, Disney confirmed that the holiday season at Disney World will officially begin on November 13th and run through January 6th.

Disney made this announcement on Instagram, with a video of the Dapper Dans singing “Jingle Bells”. In the caption, Disney also reminded us that we are halfway to the holidays, which is quite crazy to think about. Some people in the comments did think that the starting date for the holidays seems a little late, but these are the official confirmed dates.

Disney is getting tons of Christmas news out, because on top of this holiday news, we also got the official dates for this year’s Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! The annual holiday party at Magic Kingdom which will run on select nights from November 8th to December 22nd.

The party is a one-of-a-kind holiday experience. You’ll get to enjoy some of your favorite rides with much lower waits, see exclusive entertainment, meet rare characters, and enjoy free cookies and hot chocolate throughout the night.

But wait…there’s MORE! Disney also announced the official dates for Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. That party will run on select nights from November 7th to January 5th. It will be on select Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays.

Jollywood Nights is a fantastic Christmas event that takes place every year at Hollywood Studios. It includes specialty entertainment, exclusive character meet-and-greet, unique and fun experiences, and exclusive treats.

We currently have no word on EPCOT’s Festival of the Holidays, which usually starts a little later than the holidays at the other parks. Considering that the dates for the 2026 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival are August 27th through November 21st, 2026, we’ll be seeing the holidays at EPCOT a couple of weeks after every other park.
