Attention, visitors of Batuu! Things have changed on the Star Wars planet, and you need to know about it!
Fortnite fans are freaking out over this new Disney announcement, and for good reason. Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run has come to Fortnite…and it can also change how you ride the attraction!
Smugglers Gambit has arrived in Fortnite, bringing a fan-favorite park experience to the online game. What is Smugglers Gambit? Well, it’s a new island in Fortnite developed in-house by Disney Games and Digital Entertainment. It is set around Mersa Veta Station on the planet Ord Ryla. You can play with friends, go on co-op missions, experience what it’s like to battle pirates, unlock new gear, and MORE. This went live on August 16th, 2026.
But wait…there’s more! At Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney World and Disneyland, you can get a unique experience while riding Smugglers Run thanks to this new Fortnite collection. Be sure to accept the special mission while in the queue for the ride using the Disneyland app or the My Disney Experience app, or in the Smugglers Gambit island in Fortnite. Any guest who is logged in may accept the mission, according to Disney.
After you ride, you’ll unlock an exclusive Forsworn Trooper Outfit. To do that, make sure you link a MyDisney account with an Epic Games account. According to Disney, “Guests who ride but are not eligible to link their accounts will instead redeem a code in Fortnite to receive their reward.” Disney confirmed that you will also have a surprise waiting for you in Fortnite.
Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and Fortnite come together in a first-of-its-kind connected adventure.
