While we were focusing on things like the closing of Splash Mountain and the Walt Disney Company 100th Anniversary, the holiday snuck up on us.
It’s hard not to just buy ALL the Disney things.
We get it. We understand why you might get suckered in by new ears, or those cute Munchlings plushes (Disney characters as FOOD? Yes, please!). We also love Disney home and kitchen goods. What we love even more, though, is a good sale — and there’s one going on right now, but NOT FOR MUCH LONGER.
Over the last three years, it seems there have been more changes at Disney than we can count!
With rides and attractions leaving forever (goodbye, Splash Mountain 😭), new ones arriving, and several changes made when it comes to park and attraction reservation systems, Disney park-goers are highly opinionated on several new additions (and take-aways.)
How do you get to Disney World?
Many guests fly to Disney World, most arriving at Orlando International Airport, which has flights to and from places ALL over the world. Over the past few years, we’ve seen several new airlines at the airport, including Norse Airlines, Play Airlines, Breeze Airways, and more. We previously told you about another NEW airline coming to Orlando soon, but now those flights have started!

Universal’s theme park business is expanding.
Not only is Super Nintendo World opening soon in Universal Studios Hollywood, but Universal Studios Florida is getting a third theme park, Epic Universe. But that’s not all. Universal has plans to CONTINUE building more theme parks across the U.S. AND throughout the world and is spending HUGE amounts of money to do it.
