Skipping the regular, standby lines in Disney parks certainly isn’t anything new.
And, since the introduction of the latest system — Disney Genie+ and Individual Lightning Lanes — there have been quite a few changes and updates in both Disney World and Disneyland. We recently learned that surge pricing would be implemented for Genie+ in Disneyland, and now it looks like yet another new change has come to the service!
Halloween is a few weeks away! Do you have your costume yet?
We saw lots of amazing Halloween costumes at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party and Oogie Boogie Bash, and we’ve kept tabs on some pretty epic ones online. However, if you’re still scrambling to figure out what you want to be this year, Amazon has got you covered with plenty of options — here are some of our favorites!
Price increases are hitting Disney World again, folks.
We just saw that prices are going up for private photo shoots, some Star Wars experiences, food, and more in Disney World. And now, prices are also going up for drinks around the parks.
In discussing park price increases, Disney CEO Bob Chapek once said, “If demand goes up, then we have the opportunity to do that.” Well, we regret to inform your budgets, but it seems that the time for price increases has arrived.
We’ve seen price increases implemented for Genie+ at Disneyland, surge pricing introduced for the standard Genie+ service in Disney World, price increases announced for Savi’s Workshop and Droid Depot, and cost increases revealed for more experiences. Earlier in 2022, we also saw hundreds of price increases hit Disney World restaurants, and now it looks like food price increases are happening again.
Some of the most underrated places to hang out and grab a bite to eat are the Disney World lounges. You can find lots of great lounges at the Magic Kingdom area hotels, such as Trader Sam’s Grog Grotto (at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort) and the Steakhouse 71 Lounge (at Disney’s Contemporary Resort).
Over at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, you can find a luxurious lounge that fits the fancy theme of this hotel. The Enchanted Rose has themed cocktails and small plates to enjoy in a beautiful setting. Now, there’s another reason to visit, because NEW eats are coming to this spot! [Read more…]
The Prime Early Access Sale is here for all Amazon Prime members, with tons of deals being released throughout today and tomorrow! You can find loads of name brand items with steep discounts, so we recommend taking advantage of the sale while it lasts.
Crocs are one of our favorite pairs of shoes to wear in general, but they also make excellent park shoes for long days at Disney! They’re comfortable and waterproof, which is perfect for those surprise rainstorms.
Disney just LOVES to keep us on our toes by switching things up and introducing new menu items for us to try in the parks and beyond!
We recently checked out the new eats over at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, and you can read that review here. But now, it looks like we’ll have even more exciting dishes to try because NEW eats and drinks are coming to Disney’s Port Orleans Resort. Let’s see what they’re cooking up down on the bayou!
Close your eyes and imagine sailing on a Disney Cruise Line ship. The smell of the ocean, the light breeze, the warm sun…amazing.

Disney’s BoardWalk is home to tons of delicious eats and drinks!
Stop by the new BoardWalk Deli for a sandwich, visit Jellyrolls Dueling Piano Bar for some nightly entertainment, and plenty more. One of the lesser-known gems of the BoardWalk is the Belle Vue Lounge, located in Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, where you can grab coffee in the morning or drinks at night. Disney just announced some big menu changes for this lounge, so find out everything here!
