In the ominous shadow of the Tower of Terror sits a bright, open-air quick service restaurant: Fairfax Fare.

Enjoy a hearty meal in the style of a California outdoor market while you hear the distant screams of guests on an elevator ride gone awry. Only in Hollywood!
The menu here currently features an assortment of savory Waffle Bowls, including a plant-based option.
Do note that seating is open-air, and while it offers plenty of shaded spots, it provides limited protection from inclement weather.
Fairfax Fare is just one of several Counter Service locations that make up Sunset Ranch Market, so this is a great area to visit when each member of the group wants something a little different to eat.

Stop by Fairfax Fare, if:
- You’re on the hunt for Mickey waffles. Mickey waffles are few and far between at Hollywood Studios, but you can get them for under $10 during breakfast at Fairfax Fare!
- You want a meal/snack that you’re not going to find anywhere else. The savory waffle bowls from Fairfax Fare are one-of-a-kind, packed with sweet and savory flavors, as well as various satisfying textures.
- You’re looking for something hearty/easy to share. Fairfax Fare isn’t skimpy. You’re going to get a LOT of ingredients piled into those waffle bowls. So dig in and fill up!
Skip Fairfax Fare if:
Rain, rain, go away… You’re probably going to see a trend with all the Sunset Boulevard quick services and snack stands. They’re all outdoors, with very little shade to provide relief from the elements. So if you don’t want to battle the Orlando weather during your meal, eating at Fairfaxe Fare might stress you out more than anything.
Savory waffle bowls don’t sound appetizing to you. Aside from the Mickey waffles offered during breakfast, waffle bowls are the main thing available here. So if you or someone else in your group isn’t exactly keen on the idea of eating something unique like this, Fairfax Fare doesn’t really have any alternatives for you to fall back on.
You DO want Mickey waffles, but it’s after 11AM. Sorry, friends! Mickey waffles are only available in the morning! After 11AM, the menu switches over to savory waffle bowls only.
