Is common courtesy dying at the Disney Parks? Maybe, but that’s a conversation for another day. However, there’s one trend happening at Disney’s Hollywood Studios that’s so annoying, we have no choice but to call it out. We’re, of course, talking about the “aisle lice” problem. Crowding at Hollywood Studios is bound to happen, but there is an unnecessary form of crowding called “aisle lice” that serves absolutely no purpose.

“Aisle Lice” Could Cause Chaos on Southwest Airlines Flights After Boarding Changes Are Implemented

A major airline change might not fix a lingering boarding problem.

Southwest Airlines is ending its longtime open seating policy OFFICIALLY on January 27th, 2026, requiring passengers to acquire assigned seats. Additionally, the airline has ended its free checked bag policy while also requiring passengers who “encroach upon the neighboring seat’ to proactively purchase an additional ticket, which might not be refunded.” Of course, Southwest patrons aren’t thrilled with these changes, and they won’t be too happy with a boarding issue that could continue despite all these changes.

“Aisle Lice” Are Causing Chaos in Disney World Restaurants, and We Need To Talk About It

You might remember us talking about aisle lice a while back. They are typically found on airplanes, but now we’re starting to notice them creep up into Disney World restaurants.

What are aisle lice? Luckily, they’re not as gross as the term implies. These are simply people who, when boarding a plane, jump up and clog the paths to the jetway long before their boarding groups are called. This makes it difficult for flight attendants to manage the line and for passengers with earlier boarding groups to get through.

So how are “aisle lice” affecting Disney World restaurants? Well, in a different way, they are, and its having similar effects on others trying to dine at the restaurants.

Authorities Are Taking Action Against “Aisle Lice” with a NEW Rule on Airplanes

Taking a flight anywhere nowadays can be a headache, and now one country is taking action to change one safety issue.

When you have a flight booked, you might be stressed about the long lines at security, whether your flight will be delayed, or worse, you miss your connecting flight. Let’s not forget the big change we’ve seen in the US regarding the Real ID required for TSA. But “aisle lice” are about to be put to a stop in one country.
