But as your friends here at DFB, we’re gonna let you in on the souvenirs you should totally stay away from and save a bit of that extra cha-ching in your pocket for something a little more worth it (and maybe even an extra snack or two).
The first step to a successful Disney trip is packing the best essentials!

And when we think of purchasing those essentials for our trip, a lot of stores come to mind, like Target or Amazon. But did you know that ALDI’s is also a great place to find what you need as well? They have been releasing new Disney items each week for the past few weeks. And this week, they are releasing a few essentials that would be perfect for your Disney World trip!
If we could give you just ONE piece of advice before you go to Disney World this summer, we know exactly what we’d tell you.

We’d want to tell you to download the My Disney Experience app and take advantage of its features (like Mobile Checkout and Mobile Order) and be sure to make a list of the rides and attractions you want to prioritize and don’t even think about going to Magic Kingdom without getting a DOLE Whip. But if we only got to tell you ONE THING, we’d say this: HYDRATE.

Some Disney souvenirs are only useful at certain times. If you get a Disney-themed Halloween costume, you really can only use that during spooky season (unless you have a Disney costume party at another time of the year, which we think should totally happen). If you get a Christmas tree ornament, that’s pretty much just coming out for the holidays. Those Disney flip-flops are probably limited to the summer season. But there’s one souvenir that’s 100% useful ALL YEAR ROUND!
