Listen. The stress of planning for those Disney trips and events is real!
All the back and forth with trying to secure the best rates on your flights and hotels just to get to your dream vacation at Disney World has many of us burned out before we can even start! Wouldn’t it be nice if there was a better way? Well, that’s what we have for you. It’s a way for you to save all kinds of time in the planning process!
Recently, Disney announced that it would be closing the Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser.
The hotel that isn’t REALLY a hotel, but instead an interactive Star Wars experience, is set to have its final voyage from September 28th-30th. After Disney made the announcement, new bookings were temporarily closed. However, booking opened back up on May 26th. Then, later that same day, reservations were no longer available.
As you may already know, Disney World has announced that they’ll be closing the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel later this year.
The experience opened in March 2022, and it was truly one-of-a-kind. Similar to a cruise, you stay “onboard” the Halcyon Starcruiser for two days while you live out a Star Wars story and participate in activities, watch entertainment offerings, and have all your meals in the dining room. But the experience didn’t perform as well as Disney hoped, and now it’s set to close. Bookings reopened for the final voyages today, and if you’re trying to plan one last trip, we have some bad news.
Are you the type of person to start planning your next Disney vacation while you’re already on a Disney vacation? Do you feel like it’s never too early to get excited about your next trip? Then we’ve got some exciting news for you!
Have you ever planned a trip on the Disney Cruise Line? Disney has released their itineraries for the 2024 summer season, along with important booking information, and you might just be tempted to book one once you hear the destinations. Here’s what you need to know.
In 2022, we set off on an intergalactic voyage, and we didn’t even have to leave Disney World to do it!
The Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is Disney World’s newest hotel that’s really more of an interactive experience. When it first opened, we checked it out, trying all the onboard activities, shopping the merchandise, and eating ALL the food we possibly could. And if our coverage of the experience tempted you to book a “voyage,” then we have good news — more bookings are now open (or will soon be open) for select guests!
We’re almost halfway through 2022, so it might be time to start thinking about your 2023 Disney World visit!
Although you can’t yet book your 2023 Disney World vacation, that’s changing very soon. Disney just announced the date that 2023 Disney World trips can be officially booked — so it’s time to break out your calendar and start thinking ahead!
We have been keeping you up to date on all the news surrounding the return of Disney Cruise Line.
Disney recently announced a plan to set sail on a test cruise on June 29th, but today we learned that this test cruise has not continued as planned.
Disney Cruise Line vacations have been suspended due to the global health crisis.
Disney has accommodated cruise guests by offering cancellation flexibility. The policy gives vacationers the option to modify their cruise up to 15 days prior to their departure date. This temporary policy was originally good between August 31st, 2020 through March 31st, 2021 and has now been extended. [Read more…]
