Downtown Disney District began a phased reopening last month, but plans to reopen the rest of Disneyland Resort have been delayed.
One week ago, Disneyland began asking guests with reservations through September 5th to modify or cancel their bookings. plans. Now Disney has just contacted more guests with bookings through September 12th to do the same.
As the ongoing global health crisis continues, Adventures by Disney has had to cancel many of their departures.
According to its website, more departures have just been suspended through the end of October.
While we wait for Governor Ron DeSantis to release his re-opening Florida outline (which he is expected to announce today) Disney World has started sending out another round of emails to more guests (last week, the company sent out emails for those with reservations through May 16th), informing them the parks will be closed until further notice.
These notifications are being sent out to guests who had bookings during the week of May 17th through 23rd, 2020.
