We’re already gearing up for the Halloween season in Disney World.
Halloween is HERE!
Even though Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party doesn’t start until August 11th, we’ve seen some fall-themed decorations arrive in Magic Kingdom early. On top of that, we’ve also started to see spooky season merchandise in the gift shops, so if you’re visiting for a summer trip, you might get to see a sneak peek of the Halloween happenings. But if things are starting early…when will they end?!
What’s your favorite thing about Halloween? Is it the costumes? The candy? The change of the season? For us, it’s the decorations!

There’s something especially charming about Disney Halloween decor. One of our favorite ways to dress up our lawn for the spooky season is with inflatables — easy to install, but gives a great impression!
We know it’s fall in Magic Kingdom when all those colorful decorations appear on Main Street, U.S.A.

Disney decorates for the holidays a little bit early, but we’re not complaining. We love to see the pumpkins, wreaths, and banners go up. What we WEREN’T expecting, though, was to see some decorations come DOWN today. That’s right — a staple fall decoration was missing from Magic Kingdom today!
