We’re back in Disneyland Resort today where there’s been a lot of action in the world of Disney Parks snacks! We’ve also spotted plenty of new, fun merchandise and looked behind the fencing to see what’s up with construction projects around the Resort. Come see What’s New!

Just a few weeks ago we told you about the impending arrival of the 4 Rivers (4R) Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck in Walt Disney World’s Disney Springs. The excitement over this addition to the Marketplace neighborhood was palpable — especially once we got our hot little hands on the eats!
And now the 4R Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck has had its official ribbon cutting!

More about food trucks in Downtown Disney!!We recently mentioned the Taco Food Truck in Downtown Disney at the Walt Disney World resort. And today, we’re welcoming Kaitlyn Smith with a mini-guest review!
The taco truck is a fun alternative for fast food while hanging out in Downtown Disney.
And this one, featuring Mexican-themed goodies has rolled right in!
The menu features steak, chicken, and fish tacos priced individually for $3, or three tacos for $7. Beverages include soda and water for $3, or beer for $6. Chips and Salsa are $2.

Remember when we wondered “will there be food trucks at Disney Springs?”
Well, now we’ve got answers! And there’s one new addition we’re particularly excited about!
With the announcement of the Downtown Disney renovation including the new name Disney Springs, we were sure hoping that food trucks would roll into the area! And guess what? The first food truck is expected to arrive later this Fall!
In fact, there will be themed food trucks!! Let’s take a closer look at what will be available…
Favorite dishes from worldwide Disney Parks will include: Croque Monsieur (Magic Kingdom/Be Our Guest Restaurant) and Glass Noodle Salad (Hong Kong Disneyland).
But the big news here? WE’RE GETTING THE DISNEYLAND HAND DIPPED CORN DOGS IN DISNEY WORLD!!!!
Will they be up to snuff?? Who knows. But I can’t wait to try ’em!

Whew! What a week!
As you know, I’ve been busy at the Epcot Food and Wine Festival eating my way around the World and updating ALL of our World Showcase Booth food pictures!!
But the best part? TV!! Those of you in Orlando may have seen me talking Food and Wine on Fox 35 News Orlando last Tuesday morning; and if you’re in Tampa you may have heard me chat about the Festival on WTSP 10 News yesterday morning!
