And that’s important because that’s the movie that gave us one of Mickey Mouse’s most recognizable looks – Sorcerer Mickey! So we’ve loved seeing all the celebratory Fantasia Sorcerer Mickey snow globes, mugs, bags, and more!
This past week we celebrated Mickey Mouse’s birthday, and now we’re celebrating another exciting birthday — the 80th anniversary of a classic Disney film!

Disney movie fans are very familiar with the beauty and magic that is Fantasia! After all, this is the film that gave us the iconic Sorcerer Mickey, the terrifying Chernobog, and the dancing hippopotamus!

And this year, Fantasia celebrates its 80th anniversary! And Disney is celebrating with a lot of really cool merchandise, including an EPIC snowglobe, a Dooney & Bourke bag collection, and some awesome Funko Pops.
This November, Disney is celebrating the 80th anniversary of one of its most iconic and groundbreaking films — Fantasia! To celebrate, Disney has been releasing TONS of Fantasia-themed merchandise!

So far, we have seen a Dooney and Bourke Collection, several Funko Pop Figures, the most ADORABLE mug, and lots of limited edition pins! Now, we have found a super-exclusive snow globe figurine, available for pre-order on shopDisney.
Fantasia is such a great movie, not only because it cleverly took classical music and set it to Disney animation, but also because it gave us Sorcerer Mickey!

Remember when there was a gigantic Mickey Sorcerer’s Hat in Disney’s Hollywood Studios? That giant hat may be gone, but we’re still seeing plenty of Sorcerer Mickey represented in Disney merchandise! And we’ve even eaten some Sorcerer Mickey-inspired food!
It’s hard to believe that Disney’s Fantasia turns 80 this year! But even now, watching the movie is a truly magical experience.
