Even as COVID-19 vaccination ramps up across the United States, the world is seeing a global spike in cases.
The CDC recently declared it safe for fully vaccinated Americans to travel, and the French President expressed hope that Americans would be able to visit France again this summer. However, even as the United States begins to loosen restrictions, other countries remain in lockdown. And just yesterday, the CDC updated its travel notice for the Bahamas from a Level 3 to a Level 4 risk, citing the spread of COVID-19 variants.

As the COVID-19 vaccine rollout continues around the world, people are beginning to look ahead.
Recently, the California government created a plan to reopen the state, as small businesses are beginning to recover from the effects of the pandemic. The CDC has stated that fully vaccinated Americans can safely travel once again. And now, France has provided an update on its own travel restrictions.

The CDC has shared its requirements for cruise lines and recently stated that it hopes that U.S. cruises can resume by the middle of summer with restrictions in place. Now, Carnival Cruise Line is starting to make plans for the future.
