    AJ, do full booth menus and prices get released before the first day of the event, or do we need to wait until the event is here?

    Mark D. — Menus will be released, but usually prices are only announced on the actual menu boards at the festival. I’ll have them for you as early as I can!

    Be prepared if anyone goes to New Zealand for the venison sausage. A few years back, one of the festival stands (can’t recall which one) had venison stew. As i was eating it, a lady came up to me and said that it looked good and asked what it was. I replied that it was venison stew. Then she said “Oh, you are eating Bambi!” I looked at her and said ” I would never do that. It’s Bambi’s mom”!! She gave me a dirty look and walked away. People around me that heard my reply were laughing like crazy. Don’t bother me when i’m eating :)

    As a backstory, I’ve been to all Food and Wine festivals. I stumbled on the first couple and planned all the rest. I used to collect the recipe cards they had at each booth. One of the first cards I collected was the Clam Chowder. I have since adapted it to what I consider MY perfection. To each, his own. I’m anxious to compare the two recipes now. What they will bring this year and what they brought in the past. Thank you for keeping us updated.

    Thank you for the continuous updates on the food coming. My hubby loves this the most at disney. and I take him for a late birthday gift. He is drooling already over the few things you have said are coming. He loved the biason they had one year. do you know if it will be back again?Thanks so much for all your updates!!
