Before we start out, let’s take a moment to celebrate yet another Epcot International Food and Wine Festival! It was a great one this year, I think, and I’ll be posting some reviews of culinary demonstrations throughout the year.

MichaelBarrier shares a photo of the Disney Commissary in the 1940’s, complete with excellent commentary on who is dining in the photo. Definitely worth a look.

The Daily Disney (which, in this case, means Heather McPherson) shares recipes for the crab cakes from Flying Fish Cafe, the penne pasta with chicken from Olivia’s Cafe, and the smoked fish appetizer from Raglan Road.
