While we wait together for the beginning of this year’s Food and Wine Festival, I’ll share some of the brand new items we can’t wait to try this year!
New! 2015 Epcot Food and Wine Festival Booths and Menu Items
For the first time in the history of the Epcot Food and Wine Festival, the fun is officially expanding into Future World, as the first ever Marketplace Booths will be located in this part of the park.
Named Next Eats, this area, inspired by the ABC food talk show The Chew, will host two different booths (and the food at these booths is actually pretty delicious!). The Sustainable Chew Marketplace Booth will feature recipes by the show’s chefs, and will use foods grown right in Epcot’s The Land Pavilion! Guests can learn as they nosh as well, with an emphasis here on sustainably-grown food.
And the Chew Lab Booth will take guests to the place where science meets food.
The Artistry of Wine and Cheese, another new area for 2015, will also be located in Future World. These twin booths will beautifully display varieties of cheese and wine, and make pairings easy.
We recently had our first chance to try Escondidinho de Carne Layered Meat Pie, which will debut this year at the Brazil Booth, and it’s sooooo good!
And we can’t wait to try a new additions to the lineup in the France Booth. We’re excited to sample the new Croissant aux Escargots with Garlic and Parsley and the newest Ice Pop — the Ice Pop Pomme featuring Apple Juice, Vodka, and St. Germain Liqueur!
Head over to our 2015 Epcot Food and Wine Festival Booth Menus and Photos page to see the full booth menus!
We hope you’ll take time to click through each individual booth page to see pictures of the actual booths themselves, what’s on the menu, and actual food photos from the upcoming event!

Thanks for all your great info so I can plan my schedule in advance. Can you confirm whether the Parisian breakfast, Parisian afternoon and the French Family Meal Traditions are taking place this year? Disney just posted the schedule on their website and these events are not listed and after your great review I really want to go to the Parisian breakfast!
AJ says
Hi Lisa — Yep; those events ARE happening, they just probably won’t be able to be booked online. You’ll have to call 407 WDW FEST on July 30th to book them. 😀

So sad to see so many vegetarian options gone now =( And I guess Terra (the vegan booth) is gone now too?
In all the previous years the Haggis in Scotland was a Vegetarian Haggis – now it reads “Traditional Haggis” – I wonder if it’s no longer veggie ….
Megan says
I’m also disappointed in the removal of the Terra Booth. While no one in our party was vegan or even vegetarian, that booth had some of our favorite dishes last year. All the food items there were delicious. And given how hard Disney works to be accommodating to all types of allergies and food eating choices, I’m very surprised they would remove the booth. Here’s hoping it returns in future years.
Kaitie says
Glad I’m not the only one who felt the vegan/vegetarian options we’re a bit light. In fact, are there any vegan options at all? I eat mostly plant based vegetarian, and in years past it seemed almost every booth had something (aside from dessert) that was a veggie option. Now it seems like most of them don’t. I know in Epcot in general there are plenty of options, but it was fun to try new things. More $$$ into the booze budget for this year I guess… so maybe its a good thing 🙂
Tabby says
I have a question, I was considering going to the food and wine festival in 2017 and I was going to go with my friends who are vegan me and my husband are vegetarian and I was looking at the menu for this year and didn’t see a whole lot of vegetarian options like last year. Or the portions premade? Can you ask certain items to not have cheese on them? Is it worth it for my friends and I to go to the event?
Jeff says
I’m disappointed that the Greek grilled cheese with pistachios and honey is gone. That was one of my favorite dishes of the past few years to be replaced by a Greek salad in a cone!?!? I must say that as I was looking over the menus, the food options seem a little weak this year as compared to years past.
Jessica says
No 3D Dessert Party? 🙁
I’m not a vegetarian but loved the vegetarian haggis. What exactly is in this new version?
I also will miss the griddled greek cheese from Greece.
I am looking forward to the new booths in Future World. I thought there would be more and better offerings/events for the the 20th year but I guess having The Chew there is a big deal and different.
Cynthia says
If Epcot would cut back on the alcohol and not have a new wine booth maybe they could have more food choices along with the terra booth
Kathy says
Pork slider with pineapple and beef slider with pimento cheese, omg! I can’t wait. Love all the new ciders too. Pumpkin cider and blueberry vanilla beer sound great. Thanks for sharing. The Food and Wine Festival and the Garden Festival in the spring have become my new favorite restaurants at WDW!
Adrienne @ Lets Do Disney says
Wow, that Liquid Nitro Chocolate Almond Truffle with Warm Whiskey Caramel sure is a mouthful to say haha but it looks soo yummy!
Kaitie says
for Tabby- from looking at the menus I didn’t see any vegan choices, however there are several great choices at several of the usual Epcot restaurants ( I go about 1-2 times a month and eat vegan about 95% of the time). Vegetarian wise it looks like the menus offer enough to fill a person up several times over as long as you don’t mind eating a lot of cheese.
I have had some success getting ingredients left off of things- they prep the plates in the booths, buts some things are already mixed together or some items already put together and kept in warmers. It all depends really.
Dave says
Way to go, Mexico !!!! Thank you for having the sweet corn cheesecake again ! : ) <3 it !!
Sandy Thomas says
Crazy question, but I have a 20 pound dog. Someone told me you have a doggy daycare at Disney. Is that true? I want to come but have no dog sitter. Thanks!
James says
I’m a little disappointed that there is only a limited amount of vegetarian options. I’m even MORE disappointed that they are taking away the Griddled Greek Cheese
Kaitie says
Sandy Thomas – Best Friends Pet Care is at Walt Disney World. I’ve never used them personally but I’ve heard good things.
jenna says
Thanks for the discount code! This will be my first time at the food and wine festival so I’m excited to buy your guide. I have purchased your DFB guide to WDW before and you have transformed my trips – my family use to complain about the places we ate and now, thanks to your guide, we discovered new (to us) restaurants and they even have favourites that we return to again and again! Keep up the awesome work!!
AJ says
Jenna — I’m thrilled that you’re enjoying the guide!!! Hooray! You’ll have to send me your feedback on the Food and Wine Guide as well — we work our tails off on it! I’d love to hear what a few of your new favorite restaurants are.
Dana Seccombe says
I’m new to the food and wine festival, but I assumed the food is at kiosks like the flower and garden show and you pay for items individually. Is this correct? Or do you have to book stations…how does it work?
Jessica says
Dana, you are correct. They are booths just like at flower & garden.
Becca says
Could you please post more info on the new Epcot Food and Wine Festival Tasting Sampler $59.
Are there any booths or items that are excluded from the 8 credits?
How do you purchase one of the packages?
How will redeeming the credits work?
Thank you for the additional details!!!
Brian says
WHAT!!!!! No more Terra!. That was some of the best tasting food at the EFWF. This coming from me (vegetarian) and my friends (non-vegetarian). EFWF is clearly lacking in terms of Vegan and Vegetarian options. Very disappointing Disney! Well at least I will save some money this year.
Brooke says
Dana — Yes, the set up is very similar to what you see at the Flower and Garden Festival. Kiosks are set up mostly around World Showcase, but this year, there will also be a few in Future World. They are counter service-type locations, serving tapas-sized and smaller, tasting servings of beer, wine, and cocktails. Check out our Booth Page for even more information. 🙂
Carol says
The sweet sunday is gone? Any idea what the plated brunch entails? For those of us who don’t eat eggs, unless they are mixed in sweets, what can we expect food-wise?
Katherine says
@Sandy Thomas — Best Friends Pet Care is located on property at Disney. I use them when I go to the parks because they are open 1 hour before and 1 hour after the parks open. Meaning, if Magic Kingdom is open until 3am, they are open until 4am. Everywhere else around, you need to pick up at 6PM. They do fine with the dogs and have a large play area for them indoors and outdoors.
@Tabby – They make a lot of these up then hand them out at the counters. On slower times, mostly in September and October, or non-crowded weekdays, they can definitely leave some things off, but not all. Some of the stuff, mostly the mixtures of veggies though, are pre-mixed. Busy times you may have a little more trouble.
Frank says
We were hoping to go to EFWF this year. By looking at the menu and this blog, we won’t. My entire family is vegan or vegetarian.
Maria Mangiameli says
what is going on this year with the lack of vegan options?! where’s terra? why is scotland not doing vegetarian haggis this year? i’m so sad and disappointed. At least I’ll save money this year I guess 🙁
