Check Out the Menu for New Brunch at Pixar Pier's Lamplight Lounge in Disney California Adventure

In case you missed it, brunch service begins on May 25th at Lamplight Lounge in Disney California Adventure’s Pixar Pier. This new offering will take place on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:15 AM – 12:00 PM.

And today we have a look at the menu!

Entrees include Crab & Potato Cake Benedict, Potato Flautas, and Indulgent French Toast made with a cinnamon-brown sugar Challah Bread with Irish Cream whip, maple syrup, macerated berries, and house-made almond brittle.

The Indulgent French Toast is also an option for the “Budding Artists,” as is a Mini Brunch Burger.

Specialty beverages include Morning Cocktails like a Cinnamon Toast Cocktail with Stoli Vanilla Vodka, Frangelico, Rumchata, and cinnamon cereal-infused milk as well as a Beermosa among the offerings. There’s even a Mimosa Flight on the menu featuring “seasonal flavors.”
