NEW Summer Treat! Frozcato Sugar Cookie Sandwich Debuts at The Basket at Wine Bar George

Say “Cheers!” with a COOKIE (or two) with the brand new Frozcato Sugar Cookie Sandwich from The Basket at Wine Bar George in Disney Springs!

This new treat is made with the Wine Bar’s Dole Whip Frozcato blend of pineapple, moscato, and vodka turned into a soft-serve treat tucked in between two sugar cookies and covered in pretty candy garnishes.

The cookies are reminiscent of the Rosé Cookies at Wine Bar George in that they’re nice and chewy. And in this case, the sugar cookies are strong enough to withstand the treat and not break apart.

The Frozcato portion maintains its pronounced pineapple flavor, but you can’t pick up on the taste of alcohol as much when paired with the cookie and in this soft-serve form (as opposed to the Dole Whip Frozcato’s regular slush). It’s refreshing and enjoyable.

The Frozcato Sugar Cookie Sandwich has arrived in celebration of summer and will be available through the season for $8.00. However, one other thing has arrived with the summer… and that’s the famous Florida heat. So the one unfortunate thing here (as with many frozen treats enjoyed in Disney World) is that it melts quickly, so you’ll likely need to eat quickly as well.

But overall it’s a fun, unique, and tasty treat, and Wine Bar George continues to bang out the hits! (P.S. This isn’t the only update we have from Wine Bar George today, so stay tuned!)
