It’s New Year’s Eve, y’all!

Which means it’s almost time to pop some bottles (and dodge a few flying corks!) as we get ready for the clock to strike midnight! And if you’re ringing in the New Year in Disney World, check out this beautiful champagne dessert our friend @chef_annam (winner of the popular Netflix series Sugar Rush) has in store for you over at Epcot!

Feast your eyes on this delicious-looking creation! It’s got sparkling apple jelly, with a pink champagne cake, topped with a rich, creamy passionfruit mousse and it’s garnished with fresh raspberries and a white chocolate Happy New Year topper! And since our New Years Resolutions don’t officially start until we go back to work on Thursday, we’re totally ending 2019 with this sweet treat!

You’ll find this New Year’s goodie over at Sunshine Seasons in Epcot! And did you hear? We now also know when HarmonioUS, Epcot’s new nighttime fireworks spectacular is starting — another reason to celebrate with a glass of champagne…CAKE!
