We’re ROARING into 2020 and back for another edition of What’s New in Disney’s Animal Kingdom!
The holiday crowds have yet to subside but we’re braving them to say JAMBO! to some New Year treats, construction updates, and new merchandise.
Animal Kingdom Food Updates
Creature Comforts has also replaced the Peppermint Mickey Brownie with the returning the Rose Gold Brownie.
We don’t expect the New Year’s Celebration Cupcake to last very long over there!
Ya’ll know how those line can be insane over at Thirsty River Bar & Trek Snacks. To help combat the issue, a Pop Up Bar had been set up once again.
The menu has been abbreviated since last but you can still grab a selection of Wine, Bottled Beer, and Non-Alcoholic Beverages.
The New Year may have already begun, but you can still pop bottles over in Restaurantosaurus Lounge where they are currently offering Champagne.
You can also find an assortment of beer, wine, and specialty cocktails.
Animal Kingdom Construction Updates
Colorful Kevin from “Up” is back to roaming around where the Merry Menagerie was located. While we saw her a few times throughout the holidays we’re sooo happy she’s back where she belongs.
Club 33’s Harambe House location is now open and welcoming members!
Wildlife does a nice job of concealing the main entrance from the public walkway, giving members a little bit of privacy as they head up the gated ramp.
Animal Kingdom Merchandise Updates
The future is looking BRIGHT with this brand new collection of Mickey inspired merch.
Previously spotted at Magic Kingdom’s Emporium, the Bright Color Mickey Line is also available at Riverside Depot. Those chilly winter temperatures won’t be a problem with this Bright Color Mickey Sweatshirt priced at $54.99.
Warmer temperatures are on the horizon and this Bright Color Mickey Shirt, priced at $36.99, will do just fine!
Add some flair to your workout attire with these Bright Color Mickey Sweatpants, priced at $44.99.
We are loving the new Disney Park Life collection spotted all over the World. We found the Park Life Water Bottle Holder at Discovery Trading for $16.99.
They also have the Disney Park Life Pressed Coin Collection retailing for $14.99.
We had to make another round and sample some of the delicious offerings that are a part of the Animal Kingdom’s Tasting Sampler.
That’s all for our first What’s New in Disney’s Animal Kingdom of the new decade! We’ll be back soon with the 411 on food, merchandise, and construction updates.
