We’re headed to Disney’s Animal Kingdom where our thirst for adventure has worked up quite an appetite!

Lucky for us, the Animal Kingdom’s Tasting Sampler has returned for a third run this winter.

Here are the basics. The Tasting Sampler costs $50.00 and includes two digital value cards: One $50 card that can be used at over 40 outdoor food and beverage locations throughout the park (and does not expire), and a bonus $10.00 that can be used at the following quick-service restaurants after 4:00 PM from December 22, 2019 through January 4, 2020: Restaurantosaurus, Pizzafari, Flame Tree Barbecue, and Satu’li Canteen.

This year, we see several new items join the lineup as well as returning items and menu mainstays that are also a part of the official sampling menu. Please note, you do not have to purchase the Animal Kingdom Tasting Sampler to indulge in these special menu items. They’re available everyday, for ALL guests!

We’re hitching a ride to Caravan Road in Asia where they have two new offerings this year, including the Char Siu Pork with Sticky Rice.

The Char Siu Pork with Sticky Rice is priced at $6.29 or a snack credit on the Disney Dining Plan (That’s a GREAT Value for this mini meal!).

This was hands down our favorite of the day. Both the Texture and Flavor was SPOT ON.

Fingers crossed it ends up a menu mainstay because we’d order this ANY day! If you’re in Animal Kingdom this week, be sure to pick it up!
