Get ready for a WILD time, because we’re back in Disney’s Animal Kingdom to see what’s new!
It’s officially Halloween season — by Disney World standards, at least! We took a trip out to Animal Kingdom to see what new offerings have made their way into the park since our last visit. Let’s take a look at ALL the updates in food, construction, and merchandise in Animal Kingdom!
Animal Kingdom Food Updates
Isle of Java
Located in the Discovery Island section of the park, Isle of Java is a kiosk that serves up coffee, cold beverages, breakfast pastries, and more. Upon initially reopening, the location was only operating from 8AM-11AM. But now, Isle of Java is open from 8AM-2PM!
While the kiosk still closes several hours before the park, at least we now have a few more hours to swing by for a Tiger Tail Chocolate Twist, an iconic Animal Kingdom snack!
Animal Kingdom Construction Updates
While strolling through Discovery Island, we noticed that there are construction walls up across from Creature Comforts.
Here’s a peek at the walls from the other direction!
We’re not sure what’s going on behind the walls, but we’ll continue to keep an eye on them to see how things progress!
Animal Kingdom Merchandise Updates
Spooky season is definitely in full swing at Riverside Depot — we spotted a TON of Halloween merch available!
We’ve seen most of the Halloween merch at various other places throughout Disney World already…
…but we did notice a few new-to-us additions! Like this Jack Skellington Hoodie, available for $54.99.
And this ADORABLE little Zero Plush, available for $14.99!
We also spotted two new pairs of Baby Yoda Socks for $14.99 each. Here he is, showing off his skills!
Or, you can opt for the pair that just features his cute lil face!
This Hollywood Studios MagicBand features some of the park’s most iconic attractions for $29.99.
Yup, it’s definitely Halloween season in Riverside Depot!
Chester and Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures
Who’s ready for the release of Pixar’s Soul on November 20th?? We spotted a new mug that features a character from the upcoming film inside Chester and Hester’s!
You can snag this mug for $19.99.
Between the mysterious construction walls, Halloween merchandise, and extended hours at Isle of Java, it was definitely an exciting visit to Animal Kingdom! As always, we’ll continue to keep an eye out for any new updates, so stay tuned to Disney Food Blog for more!
