We haven’t been able to step inside Disneyland Park for quite a few months now.
We wish Elsa could “tell the guards to open up the gates!” But alas, we’ve only been able to stare longingly at the park from afar for now. On our last visit, however, we noticed something new had been placed near the park’s entrance!
We’ve seen some changes made recently that could mean we’re closing to seeing Disneyland reopen, but we still haven’t received any official word in terms of an opening date. As we walked past the park today though — aside from the crazy amount of smoke — we noticed something new. There were new “Health and Safety Reminders” signs posted in front of Disneyland.
The sign describes several activities that should be done for your safety and for the safety of other guests and Cast Members — namely, wear a face covering, maintain social distance, wash your hands often, and cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze.
We also saw the same signs were up near Disney California Adventure Park.
They contained the same message as the ones we saw in front of Disneyland.
We’ve also seen these signs around Disney World since the reopening.
Does the addition of this new signage indicate that the Disneyland Resort theme parks are one step closer to having guests enter their gates? It’s possible. New Disneyland Resort hotel reservations are currently available for arrivals starting October 1, although reservations have had to be cancelled in the past. California’s Governor has also indicated that negotiations with theme parks are “open ended.”
We’ll keep stopping by Disneyland Resort to see if we can spot anything new, and we’ll keep an eye out for more Disneyland news. Be sure to come back for all the latest updates!

Do you have a trip to Disneyland scheduled for later this year? Let us know all about it in the comments!
So I saw a wild article on the internet from snoop’s that said Disneyland may be moving out of California and to Texas…
Have you seen or heard anything about this it sounds crazy??
John, my understanding is that this was from a satirical piece and not based in fact.
The Calif Goverment & The Union That OWNS US STAFF is not going to let us get back to work until 2021, that is just the Gospel People stop giving the folks any hope of the seeing the inside of the Park before 2021.
we are moving inventory to targets and outlet stores to make room for future items that are in route to the parks. I just did paperwork for xmas items to be relocated to other vendors.
