We’re not sure what the best part about the holidays is: the decorations or the snacks!

But with us literally having the word “food” in our name, that’s what we’re all about!! So when we spotted a returning holiday snack at Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort, we went for it!
After we chowed down on the Mickey Snowman Apple Pie Apple at Marceline’s Confectionary, we discovered that yet another holiday treat had returned there, the Peppermint Marshmallow Wand (aka Candy Cane Marshmallow Wand)! This is a marshmallow on a stick coated in caramel and dipped in chocolate and rolled in crushed candy canes. YES.

This extremely photogenic treat offers the perfect balance of peppermint and chocolate. It leaves you with a very clean mouth feeling that doesn’t often come with eating sweets. The crunchy peppermint texture works really well with the nice gooey insides of the marshmallow.

This snack has a very strong mint flavor, though, so if you’re not a peppermint fan, this might not be the treat for you. We thought it tasted a lot like the yummy chocolate mints you get at Olive Garden at the end of a meal. AND WE LOVE THOSE. And, clearly, it’s a LOT of marshmallow. So if that’s not your thing…skip this! The wand is $5.49 and you can find it at Marceline’s.
