We’re counting down the days until we can finally say, “Chewie, we’re home,” as we board the insanely immersive Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser in Walt Disney World.
So far, we’ve already covered the interesting new foods, drinks, and activities that guests can participate in while onboard the Galactic Starcruiser. We even know the pricing, and what will be included in your stay! Now, Disney has revealed a FULL sample itinerary for guests staying at the Star Wars hotel!
The Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser voyage lasts for 2 nights, and is completely different than a regular hotel stay. As you will see, guests arrive at the terminal on the first day, then stay on board for an exciting 2-day adventure (with a planetary excursion to Batuu, as well)!
Here’s a sample of what your stay could look like!

As you may notice, the experience includes random “Story Moments.” This means that depending on who you meet and interact with, your Star Wars story may change!
Based on the schedule, guests arrive in the early afternoon around 1PM, and depart early on Day 3 around 10AM! That trip to Batuu (aka Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios) is scheduled to take place on the second day of the journey. We also noticed that there are times listed for guests to ride the two attractions in Galaxy’s Edge. No need to secure a boarding group for Rise of the Resistance, it seems!
We also wanted to point out some interesting activities scheduled throughout the stay, like sabacc lessons from 3:30-4:00PM, a Captain’s reception from 4:30-5:00PM, a droid racing competition from 2:30-2:50PM, and a one-hour “spectacular finale” to finish off the trip!
The Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser will open in Spring 2022, and we’ll continue to update you as we learn more!

You’re going to want to avoid Hollywood Studios on the days the hotel has its excursion. It’ll be challenging to get into DB7 with all the hotel people there and there will be far fewer boarding groups. Hopefully, places like DFB will help us plan around it.

Ted, we’ll be bringing our readers recommendations as the needs arise.

We’re early lunch people so I was happy to see it’s 11:15-12:15 so we don’t have to wait until 12. Going earlier in the day when it’s cooler will be better for cosplay too for those who want to dress “in-world”.
