Fireworks and More Announced for New Year's Eve in Disneyland

We’re less than one week away from the start of a New Year! If you’re ringing in 2022 at Disneyland Resort, then you’re probably wondering what sort of festivities will take place on December 31st.

Let’s recap all of the current New Year’s Eve activities and events taking place this week at the Happiest Place on Earth.

Disneyland Park

If you’re counting down to 2022 in Disneyland Park, you’ll have two opportunities to catch the New Year’s Eve Fantasy in the Sky Fireworks Spectacular: 9PM and 12AM.

In addition to the fireworks, guests will be able to celebrate the New Year with four Countdown Celebrations at the following locations:

“it’s a small world” from 7:30PM-1:30AM
Rivers of America from 8:30PM-1AM
Sleeping Beauty Castle from 8PM-1:30AM
Tomorrowland from 8:30PM-1:30AM

Disney California Adventure Park

Being in Disneyland Park isn’t the only way to start 2022! Guests can also celebrate over in Disney California Adventure Park, with New Year’s Eve Countdown Celebrations at Paradise Gardens Park and in Hollywood Land. The celebrations will take place at 9PM as well as 12AM in both locations.
