It’s been a painfully long time since DVC members have been able to attend a Moonlight Magic event — we’re talking YEARS! As Disney begins to bring back live entertainment like shows, parades, and cavalcades, now’s the perfect time to bring back a huge DVC member perk: exclusive PARTIES!Â

GO GO GO!
After a loooong period of waiting, we have some exciting news for Disney Vacation Club members!
Disney Vacation Club Moonlight Magic events are RETURNING in 2022!

Disney Vacation Club
So far, Disney has announced new Moonlight Magic events in three Disney parks: EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. In EPCOT, there are currently two upcoming events in 2022: March 17th and March 31st.

Get ready for some special events in EPCOT!
Later in the year, look out for Moonlight Magic events at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on May 24th, June 16th, and July 14th, and mark your calendar for Disney’s Animal Kingdom’s events on July 26th and August 31st.

So what’s included in a Moonlight Magic event? Disney announced that guests will be able to enjoy:
- Shorter-than-usual wait times for select park attractions
- Disney Characters sightings
- Reimagined entertainment
- Complimentary special treats and delectable delights

Complimentary drinks!
Keep a close eye on your email! On February 22nd, DVC Members with a Disney hotel reservation on an upcoming EPCOT event date will receive an email with a link to register for the upcoming EPCOT Moonlight Magic events! These events tend to fill up pretty quickly, so act fast!

For those without a Disney hotel reservation, event registration will open to all eligible DVC members on March 8, 2022 (pending availability). To register, visit the DVC website and select RSVP Online. Make sure that you have your member number readily available!

Keep in mind that all resort reservations and modifications must be completed by 11:59PM ET on February 20th, 2022. As a general rule for upcoming Moonlight Magic events, registration is required and limited, and a valid Disney Vacation Club Digital Membership Card and photo ID are required at check-in. According to Disney, complimentary admission to the after-hours event is only valid during the event; if you want to visit a park before the event, you’ll need a park ticket!

We’re so excited these events are back!
If you plan on visiting one of Disney’s Moonlight Magic events this year, have fun! In the meantime, stay tuned for all the latest Disney news!
