Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is BACK, everyone!
Spooky season!
It’s the first year that the party is taking place at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom since 2019, and we were there on the FIRST night to bring you all the news about this event. There’s trick-or-treating, costumes, special food, entertainment, and so much more. Some of the entertainment includes the exclusive Boo-to-You parade. And now, the moment you have all been waiting for… . We have officially seen the one, the only — POWERLINE!
Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade takes place multiple times during the Halloween Party — once at 9:15PM and again at 11:15PM. It starts in Frontierland and ends after traveling down Main Street, U.S.A.. It includes characters in their Halloween costumes, like Mickey and Minnie, as well as some Disney villains and the iconic Haunted Mansion graveyard diggers.
Boo-to-You Parade
This year, we found out NEW characters would be joining the parade, including one very special character — Max Goof! But, it’s not just regular Max Goof, it’s Max dressed up as his favorite superstar, Powerline!

Now, Powerline Max can be hard to catch because as far as we can tell, he does not perform along the entire parade route. Instead, you can find him performing with his crew on Main Street, U.S.A. about 10-15 minutes before the parade.
You can find Powerline Max partying it up with his friends on Main Street, U.S.A.!
And if you really want to make sure you’re going to see him, we suggest standing in front of The Confectionery or somewhere in that area!

Remember, the only way to see this parade right now is at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and you’ll want to get your tickets as soon as you can, because some dates are already selling out! You can check out all of the party dates and prices right here.
