Are you ready for the rootinest, tootinest BBQ in Disney World?!

Well, we definitely are. It was previously announced that Roundup Rodeo BBQ in Toy Story Land would open in 2022, bringing play sets, rodeo fun, and good ol’ BBQ with it. But with an opening date missing from this year’s D23 Expo announcements, can we really expect to see the restaurant open before the year ends? We can only hope so. For now, let’s take a look at the construction progress over at Roundup Rodeo BBQ!
Over in Hollywood Studios, you may have noticed some new scaffolding!
Scaffolding has gone up
Yes, that’s right — new scaffolding went up over at Roundup Rodeo BBQ! This is a new addition in the area, and we even heard some work being done when we passed by. And on a recent trip, some tan screens were placed on the scaffolding.
A peek at construction
Let’s take a look at the aerial view of the location, thanks to @bioreconstruct on Twitter! An excavator is working on the area, and a walkway is being added.
