If you’re the kind of person who wants to know absolutely everything happening in Disney World, you’ve come to the right place.
We’re in the parks every day gathering knowledge about new foods, construction, changes, and more. EPCOT is still in the middle of its huge transformation and now we’re here with everything new in the park!
EPCOT Food Updates
At Karamell Kuche, we had to get the Werther’s Original Caramel Hot Cocoa Square for $4.49. This treat is one of Karamell Kuche’s signature caramel squares, except that it’s flavored like hot cocoa, topped with mini marshmallows, dark chocolate coating, and a sprinkling of salt.
It was kind of like a fancy Tootsie Roll. The dark chocolate was smooth and creamy and we liked the salt on top, but it was VERY, very chewy! Just make sure you take small bites.

EPCOT Construction Updates
When it comes to the big EPCOT transformation, construction is still very much in progress, but you can catch a glimpse of the work from a ride on the Monorail.
Journey of Water: Inspired by Moana will open in late 2023, and you can see the progression of the structures that will contribute to the interactive water attraction.
You can also spot the progress of CommuniCore Hall from the ground. It’s very big and the second story is coming along! CommuniCore Hall will be a structure built for festival programming, with the ability to host experiences involving food, art, live music, and more.
And holiday decorations have popped up around the World Showcase! We spotted decor in the Mexico Pavilion…
…in the Canada Pavilion…
…in stores, and more! We love to see it.
There’s something extra special about holiday decor in Disney World, don’t you think?
