A New Negroni…at La Cava del Tequila…in EPCOT. Ooh, Stunning!

When you think of holidays, what flavors come to mind?

We’re pretty sure we’ve tried a lot of those flavors in Disney World, including gingerbread, peppermint, pumpkin, and more. But what about cinnamon? Cinnamon makes us feel all warm and cozy this time of the year, just like a new cocktail we just had in Disney World.

This cocktail is the Seasonal Holiday Negroni at La Cava del Tequila at the Mexico Pavilion in EPCOT. It’s made with chamomile liqueur, alps pine liqueur, Cappelletti Aperitivo, Ilegal reposado mezcal, and a burned cinnamon stick. Yes, that’s a LOT of booze, but also a LOT of flavor!

We’re not kidding — the burned cinnamon packs a lot of flavor and makes this drink feel like the holidays. We will say that if you’re the kind of person who likes light and fruity drinks, you will probably not like this. But if you like strong, heartier cocktails, GET THIS NOW for $18.

You’ll also find the Horchata Margarita for $15 on the menu at La Cava this time of year, too. We’ve had it in the past, and it’s another drink we always find that is just PERFECT for the holiday season. It’s made with Centinela blanco tequila, Abasolo corn, whiskey, agua de horchata, Chila horchata cream and a hint of cinnamon-infused mezcal.

So head on over to EPCOT and get some delicious holiday drinks! Just remember that there is often a line to get into the Mexico Pavilion, so you might need to bring your patience along with you, too.
