It’s an exciting time, DFB friends!
EPCOT’s Flower & Garden Festival is returning to the park from March 1st through July 5th. We’ve already shared a look at everything we know is returning for this year’s festival, and a peek at some of the booths confirmed for the festival, but we have been waiting on the official menus to be released for all the 15+ outdoor food kitchens, and now they’re here!
This year, we’ll get to try returning favorites and delicious new eats from the 15+ outdoor food kitchens! There are nearly 50(!) brand NEW dishes this year as well as some returning favorites, so let’s go through what you need to know.

New Menu Items
As we mentioned above, this year’s Festival comes with a TON of new eats, here are just a few of them!
Over at the Funnel Cake stand near the American Adventure pavilion you’ll find a NEW creation called the Banana Split Funnel Cake! This will have a Funnel Cake topped with Banana-Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, Whipped Cream, Diced Strawberries, and a Maraschino Cherry drizzled with Chocolate Syrup.
At the NEW Brunchcot booth, you’ll find a Lox Benedict on Everything Focaccia with everything-spiced cream cheese, shallots, crispy capers, and hollandaise, as well as a new Peach Bellini.
At The Citrus Blossom (which will have a new location in The Odyssey), you’ll find 3 NEW dishes:
- Orange Sesame Tempura Shrimp with orange chile sauce (New)
- Citrus Baked Brie with preserved lemon marmalade, limoncello-macerated blueberries, and spiced marcona almonds (New)
- Lemon Meringue Pie: Lemon curd, lemon mousse, and toasted meringue (New)
And if you head to Florida Fresh you’ll find a NEW Blackened Fish Slider with roasted tomatoes, watercress, and citrus remoulade on brioche, and a yummy-looking Florida Strawberry Shortcake.
Other new items include a new Muffaletta Panini at Magnolia Terrace (with ham, salami, mortadella, provolone, and Swiss with olive salad), some NEW Shrimp Scampi Poutine (with cheese curds, lemon-garlic cheese fondue, spinach, and artichokes) at Refreshment Port, and a Pollinator Flatbread (with honey-whipped mascarpone, honey caramelized onions, blueberry gastrique, prosciutto, honey-whipped goat cheese, arugula, honey vinaigrette, and bee pollen) at The Honey Bee-stro.
Pack your appetites because there’s a LOT to eat!

Returning Favorites
We’ve also got plenty of returning favorites this year! At Refreshment Outpost, the Lavender Martini is BACK (it has Boyd & Blair Potato Vodka with Lavender and Lemon). It was at Refreshment Port last time but we’re happy to see it has returned.
At Bauernmarkt, the Stiegl Brewery Radler Raspberry is back this year as well. Light and fruity, this was a highlight from 2022 so we’re thrilled to see it’s back.
At La Isla Fresca, the plant-based Coconut Tres Leches will be making a return appearance. Made with a Vanilla cake soaked in oat milk, almond milk, and coconut milk with toasted coconut, this was one of the BEST items we had in 2022, so it’s one you won’t want to miss this year.
Other returning favorites include the Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites at Brunchcot (previously at Sunshine Griddle), Shrimp and Grits at Brunchcot (also previously at Sunshine Griddle), Avocado Toast at Brunchcot (also formerly at Sunshine Griddle), and the Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade at Pineapple Promenade.
Prices for these items have not yet been revealed but we’ll be searching for updates soon!

Hey Disney! We’re foodies out here in CA! WDW and EPCOT on a regular day have better food and it’s cheaper than Disneyland and CA Adventure!! This so exceeds the food and wine festival at CA Adventure.
