And at last we see the light! Fantasy Springs in Tokyo Disney Sea has recently announced a Tangled themed land will be their newest addition.

Let down your hair!
What can we expect from this Rapunzel inspired land? Keep reading to find out!
Tokyo DisneySea’s Fantasy Springs is adding Rapunzel’s Forest to its eighth port — Fantasy Springs! Rapunzel’s Tower will be a focal point for this new land. The concept art is giving us serious Disney World’s Magic Kingdom Rapunzel Tower vibes. The main difference? Fantasy Springs will feature the Rapunzel’s Lantern Festival attraction.
This attraction follows Rapunzel and Flynn Rider on their romantic boat ride to the annual Lantern Festival. Rumored to last about five minutes, this water ride will also showcase other locations in and around Corona. This has us screaming “Best Day Ever!”
We’ve got a dream to eat at the Snuggly Duckling, and coming spring 2024 we can! This movie inspired restaurant will offer dining rooms with different atmospheres. We imagine something similar to Be Our Guest in Magic Kingdom maybe? The Snuggly Duckling will be a counter-service option for guests. We hope the Pub Thugs make an appearance at some point!

Fantasy Springs at DisneySea will be adding two other lands in addition to Rapunzel’s Forest. Also set to open spring 2024 are Peter Pan’s Never Land and Frozen Kingdom — featuring, you guessed it, sisters Anna and Elsa.

In Never Land, guests will have the opportunity to explore a pirate ship, dine in a secret hideaway, and encounter Hook’s pirates. Two-themed attractions are being created for this land: Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure and Fairy Tinker Bell’s Busy Buggies.

A 3-D boat ride, Peter Pan’s Never Land Adventure, follows the Lost Kids as they explore Never Land with Peter Pan and his favorite pixie, Tinker Bell. The twist? John Darling has been kidnapped by Captain Hook! Guests get to tag along as the Never Land crew help rescue Wendy’s top hat wearing brother.

The Fairy Tinker Bell’s Busy Buggies is an attraction where guests experience what it’s like to help Tinker Bell deliver packages to the four seasonal sections of Pixie Hollow. The rumor is that this ride lasts a good 2-minutes.

The Lost Kids will invite guests to dine in their secret hideaway, Lookout Cookout. The Never Land residents have collected parts of shipwrecks and other things that have washed ashore and stored them here. We can’t wait to see what they put on the menu!

Frozen Kingdom is the third land being added to Tokyo’s Fantasy Springs. Set after the first Frozen movie, where Elsa finally embraces her ice magic. We can expect to see one attraction, one restaurant and one snack location to complete this new addition.

Full of fan-favorite songs, guest will experience the story of true sisterly-love between our Arendelle siblings on Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey. This boat ride is rumored to last approximately 7 minutes.

Food offering locations will be the Royal Banquet of Arendelle and Oaken’s OK Foods. Similar to Be Our Guest and Cinderella’s Royal Table, guests will dine inside Anna and Elsa’s castle where they will choose indoor or outdoor seating. Oaken’s OK Foods will be a snack location. This news has us saying “Yoo Hoo!”

We are so excited to experience these three new lands, especially Rapunzel’s Forest, opening at Tokyo’s DisneySea Fantasy Springs. We have officially started a countdown to spring 2024!
