The Cookie Butter Cookie Is BACK at Gideon’s Bakehouse This Month

Don’t skip out on the seasonal or limited-time treats when you’re in Disney World…they might turn out to be some of the best things you eat all trip!

And what’s one spot that does limited-time offerings incredibly well? Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney Springs! This cookie, cake, and coffee shop has specialty flavors available every month, and they’ve just revealed the treats for June. Let’s check out the list!

Starting off the June menu, Gideon’s Bakehouse is bringing back its Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie. Gideon’s Bakehouse says, “The dough is a beautiful blend of Gideon’s secrets and Biscoff Cookie Butter Spices, packed with premium Butterscotch Chips and crushed Biscoff Cookies!” We’ve had this one in the past, and it’s sweet and delightfully rich.

As far as cakes go, there will be three limited-time options this month:

The Grand Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cake — an upgraded version of the popular Cookie Butter Cake
A brand-new Strawberry Crumb Cake
The returning Mourning Joe’s Chocolate Coffee Toffee Cake

The Almond Cookie Cold Brew is also returning to Disney Springs. It’s made with brown sugar, vanilla, and sweet almonds in Nitro Cold Brew.

They sell coffee, too!

Also, the character of the month is Butterscotch, and there will be special merchandise in June dedicated to her, as well as a limited-time collectible menu. Merchandise can be purchased in stores or online.

We’ll be on the lookout for any more updates from Gideon’s Bakehouse. The bakery is also in the process of opening a new dining location in Disney Springs called Six Ravens, and we’ve been keeping a close eye on construction. It’s a good time to be a fan of Gideon’s Bakehouse!
