NEW After-Hours Event Announced for Epic Universe

We’ve got some big news out of Universal Orlando’s Epic Universe, and it may not be the announcement you were expecting!

Lots of Universal Orlando Annual Passholders have been anxiously waiting to see if adding Epic Universe to their pass will be an option, and it looks like we’ll have to wait a bit longer to see if that will become a reality. In the meantime, Universal has just announced an all-new after-hours event for the park, the first for this park!

Universal Orlando has just announced that the new Universal Nights at Epic Universe will arrive on Saturday, October 3rd and Saturday, October 17th. This new limited-capacity nighttime after-hours event will include access to attractions, entertainment, character interactions, and more, as well as unlimited complimentary specialty snacks and beverages. The ticket will allow you access to the park from 9 PM to midnight, though you can enter the park as early as 7 PM.

Tickets will go on sale August 13th and will start at $179.99 plus tax per person. Universal says more information will be shared in the weeks ahead, and we’re thinking part of that will be whether Annual Passholders will get any sort of discount on tickets.

Don’t forget that today, July 7th, is the debut of Epic Universe’s new nighttime spectacular, Universal Celestial Goodnight, which will take place each evening in Celestial Park. It’ll combine 600 synchronized light fixtures, over 350 larger-than-life fountains, seven million LED lights, and a high-energy musical score to create a spectacle you’ll never forget. Since the showtime for this event is currently later in the evening, it’s very likely that seeing the spectacle will also be included in the new after-hours ticket.
