*SIGH* Are you ready to talk about it?
Alas, the “it” we’re referring to is air travel. DUN DUN DUN. Is air travel the bane of your existence this year? If so, you’re definitely not alone. Flight delays and cancelations have caused chaotic (or completely canceled) travel, bringing a tooooon of stress to vacations. But there are ways to help mitigate some of the issues, and hopefully, make for smoother trips.
Driving to Disney World is a gamble right now.
With flight cancellations and fluctuating airfare costs, you might think that driving to Disney World is your best bet right now. But gas prices have been all over the place during the last few months. We’ve seen some HUGE increases and significant decreases. So just what do gas prices look like right now in Florida? Disney’s newest megaship, the Wish, was even more spectacular than we anticipated it to be! If you haven’t checked it out already, you can get all the deets about our experience and the ship here.
From the delectable dining options to the enjoyable entertainment, we had a blast on this cruise. However, even though it wasn’t our first cruise, there are still some things we wish (get it?) we had brought with us onto the ship.
Everything is ALWAYS changing in Disney World, but maybe that’s one of the things that makes it so exciting.
Recently, we’ve seen the opening of a new attraction in EPCOT, got some updates on all the snacks arriving for Halloween (YES!!!), and celebrated the reopening of the Harmony Barber Shop. Some Disney World restaurants have also seen some changes — on their menus, so let’s take a look at those updates!
Nighttime shows aren’t the only things lighting up the night in Disney World!

Disney Enchantment
Yes, Harmonious and Disney Enchantment brighten up our nights. But what about the resort’s merchandise? Yes — their merchandise. We’ve seen light-up necklaces and glowing MagicBand+ accessories around the parks. We’ve even seen a light-up shirt. And now, a tumbler will brighten up the night, too!
It’s time to deck the halls, but NOT with mistletoe and candy canes.
We’re celebrating Halfway to Halloween, which means we’re getting ready for spooky season, when we’ll set out the tombstones, string the cobwebs, and put up the Halloween tree.
