While some of them are Disney-themed, many of them aren’t, and so it makes for a fantastic find if you grab something that’s truly from that country, but just happens to be sold in Disney World. One of our favorite stores in the entire area is Mitsukoshi in the Japan Pavilion. This store has been in existence since 1673, and we love taking a look inside and finding all the fun, special souvenirs we can find. Yesterday, however, we saw something that made our jaws drop — it was a gorgeous necklace…being sold for THOUSANDS of dollars.

It holds your park tickets, your dining reservations, your Lightning Lane selections, your photos, and your Maps app when you’re trying to figure out how to get from EPCOT’s World Showcase to the France Pavilion restrooms without getting turned around. The problem is that all of that constant use drains your battery faster than you’d expect, and a dead phone in the middle of a 12-hour park day is genuinely one of the most stressful things that can happen. The good news is there’s a simple, affordable fix that fits right in your park bag.
So, here’s the thing — we’re in Disney World every day. Yes, LITERALLY every day. Now, we’re not in every single park each day, but yes, we step onto resort property every day, and that means we sometimes see some…interesting things.
Discovery Trading Company
While Disney’s Animal Kingdom is usually the most chill park, where we go for some relaxation (especially if we’re heading to Nomad Lounge), and while that’s still partly true, all the construction around does put a bit of a damper on that. We’re also wondering if that’s why something VERY interesting was forgotten inside a prominent shopping spot inside the park, because otherwise…this is bugging us more than it should.
