Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run is one of what will ultimately be two attractions in Galaxy’s Edge. (Its counterpart, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, will open later this year.)

Droid Depot is an industrial workshop with a collection of droid parts — and visitors can select from those parts to customize a droid of their very own! If you aren’t looking to customize and just want to pick a droid friend from a selection of premade droids, there are options for you as well.
You’ll have to decide if you want to build a droid from the BB-series (think BB-8-style) or from the R-series (like R2-D2). The depot’s clerk will hand you a blueprint and a basket before you move on to the Parts Station. [Read more…]
