You know the saying, “Rules are meant to be broken”? Yeah…that may be true but you really SHOULDN’T be breaking THESE Disney World rules.
We talk all the time about unspoken rules and rules that are ok to be broken once in a while, but Disney World has some “written-in-stone” rules that are big no-nos to break — and not following them can lead to some serious consequences. Still, former Cast Members on the DFB team have seen it all, including guests consistently breaking several rules.
Reviewing new Disney food items is literally our job — it’s a tough one, but someone has to do it! 😉

We go to try many new menu items that Disney World releases to be able to share with YOU, our readers, if this is worth your time and money. Spring is here, and Disney added 6 new items around the parks and hotels, so we are sharing which ones you should grab and which ones you can probably avoid.
Disney World is currently preparing for numerous new experiences in the coming years and refurbishing current attractions. Brand-new lands, including Pueblo Esperanza, Monsters, Inc. Land, and Villains Land will be coming. Plus, new lounges like the GEO-82 lounge in EPCOT will be opening, and new shows such as “Zootopia: Better Zoogether!” in Disney’s Animal Kingdom will be debuting.
As well, Test Track, Big Thunder Mountain, and Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin will also be refreshed. While we are excited about new openings and refreshed attractions, these updates also mean there will be closures that could impact your trip.
Construction is ramping up on Disney’s newest hotel.
Back in 2018, Disney announced that a new Disney Vacation Club (DVC) property was coming to Walt Disney World. The new hotel, to be built on the long-abandoned remains of the resort’s first water park River Country – – was to be called Reflections: A Lakeside Lodge. However, with the onset of the worldwide pandemic, all work on the project stalled, and Disney dropped all mentions of it.
Epic Universe opens on May 22nd, 2025, and we are getting so excited!

As we continue to explore the new park and hotel, we’re bringing you our full reviews of everything! Today’s full review tasks us to Aurora Market inside the Helios Grand.
Did you know you don’t have to be staying at a Disney World Resort to head over and try dinner at their restaurants? While these different restaurants might be conveniently located where you’re staying, anyone is welcome to visit them.
We recently tried Centertown Market at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, which you can visit by taking the Skyliner right to Caribbean Beach. Is Centertown Market worth a trip? We’re going to find out.

A LOT is happening at Magic Kingdom in Disney World. A LOT.
First, let’s just say we’re excited about the new nighttime parade, Disney Starlight, coming to the park. We are BEYOND hyped for the new Villains land coming to the park. We’re not so happy about all the construction that’s going to start soon to make way for a new Cars-themed area in Frontierland (well, we are excited about the new rides, but not the construction walls). In the process, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is closed and in the middle of a huge refurbishment, and a new permit might hint at when Disney World expects the ride to reopen.
