2025 has seen Disney embrace a new restaurant trend, and we are huge fans of it so far!

This year, the resort has opened not one, but two brand-new lounges: The Pirates of the Caribbean-themed Beak and Barrel in the Magic Kingdom, and the Spaceship Earth-inspired GEO-82 at EPCOT.
It’s no secret that we’ve been excited about Disney World’s new Pirates of the Caribbean lounge in Magic Kingdom since it was first announced. Well, we’ve had our first look at the bar — and it is EPIC.

But the most important thing — at least for us — is the menu, so we’re trying all the food and drinks, and we’re here to share our honest thoughts about everything we ate and drank. So let’s all channel our inner pirate (ARRRRRGHHH!) and get to it!

Disney‘s newest lounge is almost here! Over in Magic Kingdom, the brand-new Beak and Barrel lounge opens on August 29th, 2025. The new dining spot in the park will be a “first-of-its-kind experience” that “will extend the story of Pirates of the Caribbean.”

While this park isn’t necessarily known for having fantastic food choices overall (that’s more EPCOT or Animal Kingdom), we have been extremely excited about the new Pirates of the Caribbean lounge that was announced to be coming to Adventureland in 2025! We still haven’t heard a ton about it, if we’re being honest, however, we just got a look at the MENU and we’re looking forward to experiencing it even MORE now!
