The all-new Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets opens SOON, and we are waiting on the edges of our seats to experience this rethemed ride.

After hearing the very FIRST song announced for this new ride, Disney has been slowly revealing the rest of the songs we can expect to hear on our stretch limo trip to the Electric Mayhem concert! While we were already excited about all the songs we knew so far, now we can officially start to rock out because Disney just released the FULL TRACK LIST for this ride!

Disney Is Dropping MAJOR Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster News on April 16th

The reopening of Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets is coming up this summer, and while we just recently got a sneak peek at one of the new songs coming to the attraction, the end of this week will be a HUGE day for Muppet fans.

Well, it’s officially happening. Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith has officially closed in Disney’s Hollywood Studios and is getting completely reimagined as Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets.

Well, with this actually still BEING Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, the ride still needs some sweet tunes, and well, it’s not like the Muppets don’t have a pretty SWEET band called Electric Mayhem, right? Well, we recently attended an event where we got to hear one of Electric Mayhem’s songs that was created JUST for the ride…yep, we got to hear one of the ride’s new songs FIRST.

Between the current Muppets buzz at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disney’s confirmed plans for Rock ’n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets to open in summer 2026, Muppet energy is having a very real fashion moment in Disney World right now. Kermit has also been around since 1955, which means these shirts are doing that magical thing where they feel both nostalgic and weirdly cool at the same time. In other words, if your park outfit says, “I appreciate chaos, felt, and a frog with emotional depth,” you are in excellent company.

Updates on Disney’s Hollywood Studios NEW Rides and Lands

Walt Disney Imagineering just filed four new Notices of Commencement permits for Hollywood Studios. An NOC is a legal document where anyone starting construction, repairs, or improvements of a high budget has to tell their state government that they’re starting the project. Hollywood Studios is going to get a lot of upgrades this year!

Hollywood Studios is expanding with three new areas – Monsters, Inc land is taking over the former Muppets Courtyard, the Muppets are moving into Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, and the reimagined Animation Courtyard will open as Walt Disney Studios this summer.
