The Brew-Wing Lab at The Odyssey is back this year to dish up some unique eats and drinks served up with a size of zaniness on behalf of Bunsen and Beaker from The Muppets fame. If you’re craving a Pickle Milk Shake (and, really… who isn’t?!), then THIS is where you’ll find it amongst all of the Festival Marketplace Food Booths. But with a variety of wings, an assortment of brews, and even more on the menu, the Pickle Shake isn’t all that’s in store. When we’re at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, there’s one place we can always count on for a fun show, no line, and ice-cold air conditioning: Vacation Fun – An Original Animated Short with Mickey & Minnie.

Hollywood Studios is already home to Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets, and even though Muppets Courtyard has been destroyed to welcome Monstropolis, Hollywood Studios still feels very Muppet-esque. Well, now it’s going to be a little bit more Muppet-y for a limited time.

If you’re someone who absolutely loved The Muppet Movie, someone very important on the creative team has passed on. It’s been reported that Richard L. O’Connor, producer of The Muppet Movie and many others, has now passed away at the age of 96.
D23 runs from August 14th to August 16th, and, in addition to special panels, celebrity guests, and photo ops, you can also buy exclusive merchandise!

The expo is taking place in Anaheim, California, and Disney has been slowly releasing souvenir collections available at Mickey’s of Glendale, a booth named after the Walt Disney Imagineering campus store. The pieces are made for Imagineers by Imagineers, but at D23, they open it up to anyone attending. Just wait till you see this new collection — we’re obsessed!

In September, The Muppets are coming to the Marvel Universe for the very first time with The Muppets Take The Muppet Universe #1 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of The Muppet Show.
It’s a FANTASTIC day in Disney World because we just spotted one of our favorite Muppets in a place we don’t normally find him.
WE LOVE HIM
When we think of the Fourth of July and Disney, our brains immediately go to Sam Eagle from The Muppets. More specifically, his “glorious, three-hour finale” he had planned for Muppet*Vision 3D, and his overall patriotic nature. It’s only natural, then, to have him be a big part of the holiday in Disney World, and this is the year we FINALLY get it in the form of a truly adorable popcorn bucket!
If you’re a fan of The Muppets, then this new backstage tour needs to go on your bucket list. But no, this new behind-the-scenes look isn’t at Disney — no theme park ticket required!
