Trends come and go, and that is for sure the case with Disney souvenirs.
Emporium
We have seen bucket hats, belt bags (fanny packs), and so many other classic Disney souvenirs become trendy again. Recently, an updated version of an old Disney souvenir has hit the shelves again, and it is so popular that Disney keeps releasing new versions. Millennials are loving this “new” souvenir, and it is flying off the shelves in the park, and it is now finally online!
The 2025 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts kicks off in just over one week and we FINALLY know what’s on the menu!

The Emporium at Magic Kingdom
While some will be useful for years to come, such as kitchen and home items, some Disney souvenirs are kind of one-time use only. It might be because you only feel comfortable wearing or using them in the parks, or some items are just gone after using them one time. Then there are seasonal items, such as Advent calendars, that are really only good for one time a year, but gosh, it’s hard to resist them!
Over the years, we’ve seen some Disney souvenirs become ridiculously popular.
Magic Kingdom
A few years ago, people would line up in stores to purchase Starbucks tumblers, and we often see limited-edition holiday season or new attraction merchandise fly off the shelves. But there’s one Disney souvenir that has developed its own fan group and culture — the tiki mug!
Some Disney souvenirs are only useful at certain times. If you get a Disney-themed Halloween costume, you really can only use that during spooky season (unless you have a Disney costume party at another time of the year, which we think should totally happen). If you get a Christmas tree ornament, that’s pretty much just coming out for the holidays. Those Disney flip-flops are probably limited to the summer season. But there’s one souvenir that’s 100% useful ALL YEAR ROUND!

Not too long ago, we attended Star Wars Nite at Disneyland Resort.
Star Wars Nite Ewok
While we were there, we met an Ewok (Which used to be something you could do more regularly in the parks at Star Wars weekends.) and our readers had THOUGHTS. Some readers thought the Ewok was mega cute and others thought it looked creepy. Well, Disney has a 3ft Ewok that you can buy (and it’s currently on sale)…and we aren’t sure if this is an epic/cute souvenir or if this thing is super creepy.
Bubble wands are some of the most popular souvenirs for young Disney-goers. Who knows; you might even spot some older Disney lovers enjoying a bubble wand. They’re pretty fun, after all!

2024 Flower and Garden Festival
EPCOT’s Flower and Garden Festival began on February 28th, and it brought LOTS of cute souvenirs. However, there was one in particular that seemed to be the star of the show! In January, Disney Lug bags started popping up in the parks. The Skeeter Lug bags are especially popular — they’re compact crossbody bags that look like Disney characters. An Orange Bird one was released for the Flower and Garden Festival, and believe us when we say that they are POPULAR.
