In early September, the Disney World parks began regularly operating with shorter hours. However, we have seen the hours extended at select parks on certain days.

The Disney World park hours have been changing a lot in recent weeks.
Overall, the hours were shortened coming into September with Disney announcing an extension for select parks coming in November. Additionally, we spotted small hours extensions in Animal Kingdom and EPCOT this Saturday and just Animal Kingdom on Sunday. Now, the rest of the parks are following suit.
Disney World recently shared park hours through early December — but that’s not the only park hours news that’s happened today!
In addition to extending the hours at EPCOT on several days in October, Disney World has also updated the park hours for Disney’s Animal Kingdom on an upcoming date in September!
If you’re heading to EPCOT next month, you might have a little extra time to enjoy the Food & Wine Festival booths on your visit!
Since September 8th, the daily operating hours at EPCOT have been 11AM-7PM. But on select days in October, guests will have an extra hour to spend in the park!
Disney World has now released information about the park hours through early December!
Earlier this month, Disney World updated the park hours calendar to show that the hours at Magic Kingdom will be extended to 9AM-7PM beginning on November 6th and hours at EPCOT will shift to 12PM-8PM beginning November 27th. However, since the hours were only listed through November 28th, we weren’t sure what the park hours would look like moving into December.
Since the reopening, we’ve seen some pretty reduced hours at Disney World’s theme parks.
Park hours were also shortened further starting September 8th. But, today we spotted a single day on the calendar in September where it appears one park’s hours will be extended.

On September 8th, the operating hours at all four Disney World parks were reduced. And when the November calendar was revealed, it appeared that these shortened hours would continue. But now, Disney has updated the hours for several of the parks beginning in November!
Disney World’s parks officially reopened in July, but that reopening came with a ton of changes.
These changes included a face coverings requirement for guests, new social distancing guidelines, and limited park capacity. The parks even recently announced reduced hours after September 8th.
