Disney+ is growing once again. Disney’s Hulu + Live TV business will now include content from FuboTV Inc., thanks to a new deal. The partnership combines Fubo’s business with Disney’s Hulu + Live TV business.

FuboTV Inc. and The Walt Disney Company announced they have closed a transaction to combine Fubo and Hulu + Live TV. This deal creates the sixth-largest Pay TV company in the U.S, with nearly 6 million subscribers in North America. Fubo and Hulu + Live TV customers will now be able to watch over 55,000 live sporting events, along with “entertainment-focused programming offerings.”
Calling all MARVEL superhero fans — you’ll want to mark your calendars for an important November date! No matter who your favorite Spider-Man is, we can all probably agree that the franchise has stayed popular for a reason (probably because they keep making movies with different Spider-Men…).

Venu Sports
In early 2023, The Walt Disney Company announced that streaming would become a massive priority. Part of that goal has been to turn ESPN+ into the preeminent sports platform, and that’s how the idea for Venu Sports came about. Venu Sports is the proposed sports streaming service that combines ESPN, Fox, and Warner Bros. Discovery and would become available to those with ESPN+, Hulu, and Max subscriptions. Disney had initially said that the streaming service should be available by fall 2024 via a new app, BUT there’s been a major setback.
