Alright, Foodie friends! We know how the Epcot Food and Wine Festival can be overwhelmingly full of choices — and this year’s no exception! In fact, is it just us, or are there EVEN MORE great options to choose from in 2019 THAN EVER BEFORE?!
We’ve given you our Best of the Fest, but if you want even more recommendations, we’ve got it here! That’s right — we’ve gone through ALL OF THE MENUS for you and compiled a list of what you MUST TRY if you were only able to get ONE item from EACH and EVERY booth!
See ALL the menus and EVERY SINGLE FOOD PHOTO from the Food and Wine Festival HERE!
We’ve got a lot of ground to cover, so let’s lace up our hiking boots, un-cinch our belts, and start trekking our way around the Festival!
Active Eats
Continuing on in its third year, you’ll find this booth over near Future World!
An internal struggle ensued when choosing between Active Eats two savory options: Loaded Mac & Cheese with Pepper Bacon and Spice-Crusted Verlasso® Salmon. Ultimately we found the Loaded Mac & Cheese to irresistible to pass up so we had to nab it! Just look at all that rich cheesy goodness!
But, if salmon is more your game, you can opt for the Spice-Crusted Verlasso® Salmon instead. Its a much lighter dish despite its generous portion of salmon. Ours had a mouthwatering flaky, buttery texture and was super flavorful while the slaw was a crisp and refreshing compliment to the salmon!
Appleseed Orchard- New in 2019!
Call us suckers for adorable limited-edition festival souvenirs but the Caramel-Apple Popcorn holder over at Appleseed Orchard is just too dang cute!
See what we mean? Adorbs! There’s a huge selection of Craft Ciders and Wines to choose from as well — it’s worth trying the flights if you’re super indecisive!
Africa
Jambo World Travelers! We’re at Africa’s booth to see what they’re serving’ up!
We wouldn’t want you to miss out on the Kenyan Coffee Barbecue Beef at the Africa booth. Not only is it our favorite dish at this particular booth, but it’s one of our top picks of the entire Festival! The coffee rub combined with the fresh veggies in the slaw on top made this an A+ for us!
The Alps
Yodelayheehoo! Calling all cheese lovers! The Alps always appeals to our deep inner cheese desires!
Run, don’t walk to The Alps booth for these melted-to-order half wheels of Raclette Swiss Cheese over bread, potatoes and lil’ gherkins! Melted raclette is SUCH a popular food right now and we’re loving seeing Disney jump on the trend too!
Australia
Australia’s booth is bringin’ the thunder from down under with a brand-new dessert offering!
The new Deconstructed Pavlova looks as stunning as it tastes over in Australia! We didn’t find the pastry cream too rich while the crisp, delicate meringue and fresh berries added just the right amount of brightness. Lots of fun textures going on here to try.
Belgium
When in Belgium, do as the Belgians do… and eat Belgium Waffles! (That’s a saying, right?) It’s just a matter of if you prefer yours with heavy whipping cream and a yummy berry compote…
…or a drizzle of warm, rich chocolatey ganache!
Luckily, you really can’t go wrong with either of ’em!
Brazil
While rumor has it that Brazil will be joining the Epcot’s World Showcase in the near future, you can get a taste of what’s possibly to come at this year’s Brazil booth!
Heaven must have sent you from above oh delicious Brazil booth’s Moqueca! — for this seafood stew is truly something divine! Yes, it’s essentially giant hunks of scallops, shrimp and flaky white fish in a creamy rich broth and there is NOTHING wrong with that!
We also just need to pause for a moment to admire the Brazilian Cheese Bread. It’s just too good to pass up and choosing only one dish at each booth is sooo limiting. And we’re not about limits here at DFB.
Brewer’s Collection
Prost! We’re proposing a toast to our favorite beer at the Brewer’s Collection booth located in the Germany Pavilion!
The Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen Pomegranate Beer is fruity but not overly sweet. Even those who aren’t huge fans of beer will likely enjoy this refreshing beer.
Canada
This one’s a bit OBVI, but we’re including it here anyway!
We’re not reserved in showing our love for this Food and Wine staple! You’ll be singing “O’ Canada!“ as you enjoy the cheesy deliciousness that is the signature Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup served up nice and hot with a soft pretzel roll.
Sure, you can get this year-round at Le Cellier, but being able to grab a cup whenever we please from the Canada booth is a treat we live for each year!
The Cheese Studio, Hosted by Boursin® Cheese
And if you didn’t get your cheese on enough in Canada, guess what? There’s more cheese where that came from at The Cheese Studio!
Returning this year is the visually gorg (as in gorgeous) and gorge-worthy (as in highly binge-able) Maple Bourbon Cheesecake. Oh yes, friends — we said BOURBON! This is sweet, creamy and the maple bourbon drizzle is out of this world!
Okay okay, we know we said just ONE item from each booth, but this Sparkling Blueberry Wine is back this year and pairs really well with the cheesecake, so we had to throw it in too!
China
We’re headed to China for our next must-try item!
Feast your eyes on this embarrassment of riches! The spicy Black Pepper Shrimp has a light panko coating and is served up hot and fresh on a bed of perfectly cooked garlicky noodles!
The mixed drinks at China’s booth can be great — especially if you’re partial to heavy pours! Kung Fu Punch certainly delivers a vodka elbow strike with a drop kick of triple sec! Get one of these bad boys to add an extra kick to your Black Pepper Shrimp!
The Chocolate Experience
Brace yourself for a sweet indulgence like no other you’ll find at this year’s Food and Wine Festival. We’re talking about the experience of a lifetime for you chocoholics — The Chocolate Experience!
The Chocolate Experience booth’s Drinking Chocolate is a favorite treat of ours year after year! This isn’t your ordinary hot chocolate — a little goes a LONG way here!
Chocolate Studio
What’s this?! Even more chocolate?!! We’ll take ALL of the chocolate at Chocolate Studio, please!
But if we must have only one, we’ll take the Liquid Nitro Chocolate-Almond Truffle! It’s not much of a looker, but it’s rich and creamy and DREAMY! Plus we give it extra marks for being a cold and refreshing confection on a hot day at Epcot!
Coastal Eats
We’re headed to the coast — Coastal Eats that is for our next stop on this international food quest!
This is where you’ll find us scarfing down the Baked Shrimp and Scallop Scampi Dip over and over again! It’s cheesy, buttery, and very shareable (but you certainly don’t have to!). Doesn’t the photo just make you wanna put your face in it?!
Cool Wash — New in 2019! (Opening Oct. 1st)
Time to pull over for a quick pit stop! You’ll find the new Cool Wash booth over by Test Track!
Head over to the Cool Wash booth after October 1st for Frozen Coca-Cola Slushies featuring a variety of mix-ins including Swedish Fish, Pop Rocks, Boba Pearls and more! We can’t wait to try them!
The Donut Box– New in 2019! (Opening Oct. 1st)
While The Donut Box will be a late arrival to the 2019 Food and Wine Festival, we are HERE FOR IT! We were able to preview some of the offerings this new booth is bringing to the Festival this year and it’s gonna be epic! (Think Black Tap milkshakes-level of insanity!)
Just in case you thought we were joking…
Is it October 1st yet?!
Earth Eats
Let’s come down from all the sweets and chocolate and head to the other end of the spectrum with the more health-conscious Earth Eats!
Vegetarians and meat-lovers unite! Earth Eats offerings are vegetarian, BUT they showcase the new mega-popular Impossible meat-substitute! We found the IMPOSSIBLE™ Burger Slider on our last go-around.
This is also the only place you’re going to find Kombucha flights at the Festival!
Fife & Drum Tavern
Over at the Fife & Drum Tavern, you’ll find this delicious hoppy MMMhops Pale Ale by Hanson Brothers.
Good luck getting that catchy 90s tune out of your head the rest of the day!
Flavors from Fire
We return to the meatier side of the Festival — with a quick stop at Flavors from Fire!
Oh hi there Smoked Corned Beef! We missed you! You were a favorite last year, and you’re STILL at the top of our list! Salty chips, creamy cheese fondue, and smokey meat? Umm…yes.
France
If you’ve already heard about how delicious the new Imported Cheese Fondue at the booth in France is, allow us to confirm all the rumors…
It’s amaaazing! However, you will not receive nearly enough bread to properly go to town on this bad boy! Therefore we wouldn’t judge if you brought your own personal baguette from home for this Festival must-get (or maybe go grab one of the offerings at nearby Les Halles?)! You might get some strange looks with your BYOB (bring your own bread), but it’ll all be worth it!
Funnel Cake Stand in American Adventure Pavilion
What kind of Festival would it be without Funnel Cake?! The Funnel Cake Stand is serving up individual size portions of these fried dough novelties topped with sweet vanilla ice cream and sangria mixed berries!
Germany
Back to Deutschland for another cheesy delight!
You might need to enlist a friend (or small army) to help you with the Schinkennudeln found over in Germany, especially if you have more foods to try on your Fesitval bucket list. This rich, indulgently cheesy pasta dish speaks our language of love.
Hawai’i
Serving up everyone’s favorite canned lunchmeat, Hawai’i‘s take on SPAM is unexpectedly tasty!
This Hawaiian island favorite is a hit on the mainland as well — the Teriyaki-glazed SPAM Hash is a returning Festival favorite! If you haven’t tasted it yet, go ahead and pick one up! The creamy spicy mayo and green onions are the perfect counterpart to the sweet-salty meat and potatoes.
Hops & Barley
You may think the Hops & Barley booth only serves beer, but this is where you’ll find one of the Food and Wine Fest’s most divine desserts!
The topic is freshly-baked Carrot Cake with ooey-gooey cream cheese frosting served warm. Discuss.
India
It’s baaaack! India has returned to the Food and Wine!
The Madras Red Curry is packing some heat, but shouldn’t scare less adventurous eaters away. We thought the spices mixed well with the roasted veg and chickpeas. Hopefully, this smash hit will stick around for Festivals to come!
Ireland
Okay Ireland, we didn’t forget you! Especially when you have food that looks this good! We hope you saved room for more cheese and bread because the Irish Cheddar Stout Dip and Bread are out of this world ah-mazing!
You might not be able to perform an Irish jig immediately after consuming this Ireland booth offering, but your tastebuds will be dancing with delight!
Our hearts leapt like Michael Flatley when the Guinness Bailey’s Shake came on the scene last year. You won’t get much of a strong kick of Guinness, but you will taste the Bailey’s Irish Cream in this chocolate milkshake! Plus, the little glass it’s served in makes a nice souvenir to take away from your travels.
Islands of the Carribean
We’re setting our watches to island time for this next booth serving up a taste of the tropics!
The Jerk-spiced Chicken at Islands of the Carribean should be one of your ports of call this year. Previously, this dish hadn’t lived up to its potential but THIS year, the chicken is being cooked on an actual outdoor grill (The SMELLS around that booth, y’all…). Needless to say, the difference is quite palatable! So. Good.
Italy
Ciao, Bella! Check out these goregous beauties we found over in Italy!
Holy moly, these monstrous Pork Ribs couldn’t be more enticing! Packed with flavor, they make for a nice after-dinner snack when the sun goes down (you might want something more refreshing on a hot September day like the Italian Margarita which you’ll find at the same Italy Booth!)
Japan
Japan is another heavy hitter with numerous Festival favorites. We’re heading there next to check out their latest offering!
The new Frothy Ramen was interesting at first, but in the end we really enjoyed this one! The noodles are served chilled in a rich Dashi broth and are topped with a light refreshing foam.
Joffrey’s Coffee and Tea: Coffee Carts
Although Joffrey’s booths and carts are open year-round, the Food and Wine specialty drinks are only available during the Festival.
Snag your Citrus Sunrise at the Joffrey’s Cart in the Canada Pavilion before the sun sets on the last day of Food and Wine!
Mexico
The Chocolate Bread Pudding has landed. It dwarves the size of many small planets.
Mexico booth’s menu is always a party. We thoroughly enjoy their Tacos, Tostadas and Smokey Margaritas as well; all received high marks from our tasters!
Morocco
Our taste buds are sizzlin’ over this next selection!
These hot little numbers are from the Morrocco Booth and they’re perfect for noshing on the go! The Spice Hummus Fries continue to light our fire year after year, but this year they have a new sauce! The only thing we didn’t like about the update was there wasn’t enough it!
Refreshment Outpost
Give us a little dough and savory meat filling packed with tons flavor and we’re happy campers. That’s just what you’ll find over at The Refreshment Outpost with these grab n’ go Nigerian Meat Pies!
LOOK at how flaky that dough is!
Refreshment Port
Not to be confused with Refreshment Outpost (That’s at the back of World Showcase between the China and Germany Pavilions.) the Refreshment Port is where you’ll find all the Festival’s poutines!
Behold — The Duck Confit Poutine. A masterclass in the study of french fry, gravy and cheese artistry. Plus, wh0 doesn’t feel a little fancier eating their fries with confit duck?!
Shimmering Sips Mimosa Bar
We’re excited to get our sips on at this booth returning for its second year!
And what better way to celebrate than with a White Claw Frozen Mimosa? Shimmering Sips Mimosa Bar knows the Claw is the law! You can also grab a fun, fruity mimosa flight at this spot.
Sommerfest
The Sommerfest Booth’s Frangipane Peach Tart is the tastiest way to get your daily serving of fruit– that’s an entire half of a peach baked on top!
The tart crust was buttery and delicious and we sure love us some frangipane, so this was a huge hit with us!
Spain
Back again for its third year is the Spain booth!
Here you’ll find a hearty portion of Spanish-style Paella — with just a little kick to it!
Sunshine Seasons
Over at the Land Pavilion, Sunshine Seasons is offering this Vanilla Gelato Sundae topped with Mickey-shaped multicolored sprinkles!
It’s a simple treat, but you can’t go wrong with creamy gelato and that Ghirardelli fudge or caramel!
Thailand
Don’t miss out on this refreshing dish at Thailand‘s booth! We found the Shrimp and Cold Noodle Salad‘s shrimp to have a great sear to them which when combined with the chilled noodles made for a nice refreshing bite!
Plus, it’s still about a billion and one degrees in Florida, so anything cool to nosh on is a-ok in our books!
Wine and Dine Studio
We can almost smell the crisp fall air after eating this next dish! We can also still smell the toasty BROWN BUTTER sauce!
Wine and Dine Studios helps us get in the autumnal mood with their Butternut Squash Ravioli! It was a hit with us last year as well, so we’re glad it’s made its way back! Look at how pretty that is!
And there you have it! Need more Festival recommendations? Read our Best of the Fest article HERE or peruse ALL of the Food Booth menus and PHOTOS of every item HERE!

Grahamkrker says
I just returned from my first trip to Disney World in 25 years. Thankfully I watched all of the DFB You Tube videos -(It took many weeks) but I am so glad I did! Our trip was planned so well that when I ended up in a walking boot the week of our trip, we didn’t have to sacrifice/change ANY of our plans. We managed to do all 4 parks, ride all our wish list rides, and enjoy lots of Food and Wine Festival treats! I can honestly say that the trip could have been much less enjoyable had we not followed your advice! Thanks so much!!!!
