Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, AKA the Star Wars hotel, will be opening pretty soon in Disney World! The grand opening will be on March 1st, 2022.
The hotel is like nothing else on Disney property. It will be an immersive experience where you’re put into the story of Star Wars and get to interact with characters, train with lightsabers, and eat some unique space food. Reservations for the hotel have been open for a while, but one month just completely sold out!
Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser is now completely sold out for the month of March!
We’ve seen the availability for the hotel–oops, we mean, ship, change regularly over the past several weeks, with availability shifting throughout the months of March to September 2022. Right now, there is still a lot of availability for April and May.
June is almost completely booked up, while most of July and all dates in August are completely open.
September also has a lot of availability, except for select dates.
We’ll keep you updated on if any other months sell out, so stay tuned to DFB for more!

If this keeps up, we will be forced to understand that the new Disney philosophy is valid and working. The world is their golden goose with a endless supply of money. The entrance sign to Disney World will be changed from “The Most Magical Place On Earth” to “Abandon Hope All Ye Who Enter Here”.
I anticipate it will be busy for a year, but the question is what happens after all those willing to pay the price have experienced it once. I anticipate this is a one and done experience which means vacancy down the road.
