The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival has just kicked off, but there is already so much to do!

2022 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival

From tasting a variety of delicious snacks from food booths to the Alice’s Wonderland Bakery Unbirthday Party for Kids to live entertainment, the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival has something for everyone. There are also tastings and seminars, including some at Disneyland hotels — and one is even at Trader Sam’s!

Here is a list of the seminars at Disneyland hotels you can attend:

Education and Tasting Seminars

Location: GCH Craftsman Bar at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend and purchase or consume alcoholic beverages; a valid photo ID is required. $95.00 per person, per seminar (not including tax and gratuity). Check-in begins 15 minutes before each seminar at GCH Craftsman Bar.

GCH Craftsman Bar

Description: Learn from beverage Industry experts in these 45-minute Beverage Education and Tasting Seminars. Each experience will include a guided tasting selected by the presenter and paired with upscale hors d’oeuvres. Seminars also include a special commemorative gift.

• Tuesday, March 22nd, 11AM – Golden Road Brewing (Beer)
• Tuesday, March 29th, 11AM – Peltzer Family Cellars (Wine)
• Tuesday, April 19th 11AM – Nova Brewing Co. (Sake)

Mixology Seminar

Location: Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar, Disneyland Hotel

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend and purchase or consume alcoholic beverages; a valid photo ID is required. $75.00 per person, not including tax and gratuity. Check-in begins 15 minutes before the seminar at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar.

Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar

Description: Learn from expert Trader Sam’s bartenders in this 45-minute Mixology Seminar. The seminar includes guided instructions for crafting a cocktail and the opportunity to make your own. Includes a special commemorative gift.

• April 12th, 10AM

UPDATE: This seminar is currently sold out, however @enchantedtikibar on Instagram said that management is aware of how popular these events are, so hopefully we will see more of these in the future.

Winemaker Reception – Silver Oak/Twomey

Location: Rose Court Garden, Disneyland Hotel

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend and purchase or consume alcoholic beverages; a valid photo ID is required. $275.00, not including tax and gratuity. Check-in begins 15 minutes before the reception at Rose Court Garden.

Disneyland Hotel

Description: Experience culinary action stations paired with the acclaimed wines of Silver Oak and Twomey. Director of Winemaking, Nate Weis, joins the Disneyland Hotel Culinary Team for an evening of wine education and interactive small plate delights. Includes a special commemorative gift.

• April 6th, 6PM

All seminars include complimentary 3-hour self-parking validation at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, except for the Mixology Seminar which includes complimentary 3-hour self-parking validation at the Disneyland Hotel. Space is limited, so reservations are highly encouraged — you can make those here.
