WARNING! 🚨 Disney World's New Treat Will Decorate Your Teeth

The earth deserves some love — it is our home, after all! Luckily, our second home, also known as Disney World, is celebrating Earth Day (and Animal Kingdom‘s birthday), so now’s the time to grab a (reusable) fork and dig into a new dessert as we celebrate the special event this month!

But, the newest Earth Day treat isn’t where you might expect it! You’ll have to head over to Disney’s BoardWalk for the new earth-inspired CUPCAKE!

For a limited time, the BoardWalk Bakery is serving a new Garden Cupcake for Earth Day!

It’s a lemon cupcake with a lemon curd filling, topped with vanilla buttercream and a white chocolate ladybug. We know that this cupcake is here for Earth Day, but it could easily be around for the spring or even the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival with how spring-y it is!

We thought that the cupcake itself is light and really refreshing and while you can definitely taste the lemon flavor, it isn’t too tart or overpowering. You will want to keep in mind that this cupcake is served from the cooler, so if you prefer a more room-temperature cupcake, we’d recommend waiting a few minutes before you eat it or taking it with you back to your room. It won’t take long to cool down in the Florida heat!

And, if you’re a big fan of icing then we’ve got good news for you! There’s A TON of green icing on top of this cupcake — like, Disney really loaded up on this one. And, like most frosting-covered cupcake in Disney World, we found that we walked away with a green tongue and teeth after enjoying it.

All in all, while we’re certainly not writing home about this cupcake, we think that it would appeal to just about anyone (unless you really hate lemon, of course)! You can give it a try for yourself if you’re in the neighborhood now through April 22nd for $6.29!
