While our favorite workout may be park-hopping all day long (which we’re pros at), we know not everyone can go to the parks daily to get some exercise in. Thankfully, even though we can’t always be in a Disney park when we workout, runDisney has given us a way to workout with Disney.
In this runDisney series, we get to workout to our favorite movies! We hopped around in excitement while working out to Princess and the Frog. We got thighs like Gaston with the Beauty and the Beast workout. It was a dream to workout with the Tangled movie, and we were left wondering when our next workout would begin (puns intended).
Our requests for another workout were answered, and this new addition is one that everyone is sure to talk about. That’s right — the next workout is set to Encanto!
Simply open Disney+, turn on Encanto, and begin your workout! As you watch the movie, you’ll look for certain moments or actions that will correlate with the workout listed below! That means that each time Luisa lifts anything heavy, you’re doing 5 Romanian deadlifts.
When Isabella creates a new flower, you’ll be up doing 10 “Perfect” form squats. If Bruno is being talked about (which happens often for someone they aren’t supposed to talk about), you’ll do 1 “mind”fullness Yoga flow. We’re hoping to end this workout looking like Luisa.
